Shop Miss A Haul!

Hello and Salaams!

Whew! It’s been a HOT MINUTE! I have been focusing mainly on my YouTube Channel over the past few months and only recently thought to come back to my blog to share my treasures.

Anyway, with this post I’ll be sharing what goodies that were in store when I got my package from the Shop Miss A site, where everything is 1 dollar (unless stated otherwise).

If you keep scrolling down, you’ll find the items that I picked from the site but if you are looking for swatches, you’ll have to scoot over to my YouTube Channel.

Let the scrolling commence!

These are so matte. They go on glossy and dry super matte. I had a hard time trying to take these off after swatching.

I’m not a false lashes kind of girl but I do like to play around with them from time to time.

These lippies are far from sheer, they are very  pigmented and are very beautiful.

I love the color black, so I thought to pick up a black lipstick. This one is very creamy and a classic L.A. Colors lipstick.

This one is a loose mineral eyeshadow. I don’t have a swatch on here but you can check out my Instagram for it. It’s a very light pink shade and can get messy if you are not careful with moving it around.

Absolutely LOVE these Madly Matte lippies from Kleancolor! The top one is call “Cinnamon” and the bottom (which is my favorite) is called “Caramel”. They go on glossy but have a matte finish when dry.

A Santee eyeshadow stick! It doesn’t have a name other than the number “8” on the side of it. It’s a deep, cranberry color and it’s so beautiful.

AOA Studio brush set of 10. This whole set is 10 dollars.Love the strings to tie the pouch with.

This is what it looks like when opened.

Here you get 5 eye sculpting brushes and 5 face sculpting brushes. There are numbers on the handles to identify them as well. I haven’t used these yet because I wanted to wait to share them here and on my other social media accounts.

Well, that’s all that I have for today! I’m going to try to post on here once a week. I share on Instagram quite often so if you follow me on there, chances are you will see most of my things before I share it on here.

If you are interested, go ahead and scoot on over to my YouTube Channel. That is my main focus for now but I do plan to make more regular posts here and on my CynnBadd Blogz page as well.

Until next time! 😉

It’s My StingRAYE

Hello and Salaams everyone!

Today I thought I’d bring to you the “StingRAYE” collection from ColourPop Cosmetics. This collection collabo comes from the very beautiful, very popular YouTuber ItsMyRayeRaye (Raye Boyce). Her and ColourPop teamed up together to bring us these gorgeous lippies that we can wear and be fabulous and confident in! In this particular collection there are 3 separate products; StingRAYE, which is a ultra matte liquid lippie, RAYEzor, that is a creamy matte lippie and RAYEzor Pencil which is a lip liner (obv, lol).

StingRAYE is a beautiful, super matte liquid lipstick. The color is flattering on any skin tone or shade. You can buy them individually or all together. I’ll leave prices and links underneath the pictures. 🙂

Simple picture of the StingRAYE collection. This was really a last minute buy. I had planned on buying these lippies but I didn’t plan on buying as soon as I did. StingRAYE  Collection.

Here we have the RAYEzor pencil. It’s a beautiful peachy nude color and pairs well with the RAYEzor lippie. You can get this for $5.00. RAYEzor Lippie Pencil.

Here we have the matte RAYEzor lippie. This color is also on the nude side with a bit of a light, peachy tone as well. You can get this for also $5.00. RAYEzor Lippie Stix.

And lastly we have the ultra matte StingRAYE liquid lippie. Now, I have to warn you, this is a very, very liquid lippie so use caution when opening it. When I first opened this I ended up getting it all over myself. With that out of the way, it’s a lovely mauvy-brownish color that dries fast and stay put. Absolutely love this one! You can get this for $6.00. StingRAYE Ultra Matte Lipp

Here are some swatches of the products. I love how its very cool toned and very nude (which I’m obsessing over lately). Gorgeous shade for any one!

That’s all from the StingRAYE collection! 🙂 As far as I know and from that the site says they ship to these countries “USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and APO’s“. I got my products in via USPS but I’m not sure if it’s the same for shipping outside of the states. If you are looking to buy, it’s best to double check yourself in case I might have misquoted. You can read their FAQ’s here.

Remember, the links to the different products are underneath the product descriptions above!

I reckin’ that’s it for now! I hope that you have enjoyed this short post!

Until next time! 😀

Shop Miss A Stuffs! (y’all already know;))

Hello and Salaam, homies!

I’m sure that by the title and the featured picture, you already know what time it is! It’s a Miss A haul, y’all (it rhymes, so it has to be good right?) 🙂

A little bit ago (like, 3 weeks ago) I ordered some stuffs and I’m finally getting around to showing y’all what I got, you know, just to give you some insight of the things that they have at the site.

In case you didn’t know, Shop Miss A is a site where everything is only $1. Yeah, I know, that’s crazy. They have a whole lot of stuff that you can throw into your cart without feeling guilty about overspending. And if you manage to throw 30 items into your cart, you get free shipping! Now, I know my ladies from overseas are curious if they ship to their country and as far as I know they ship to Canada, Australia and Brazil but I encourage you to double check yourself to make sure.

Aight, let’s get into the stuffs!

They have a bunch of different face masks to pick from and I thought that these would be nice, since I’m so old (notice the collagen ones). >_<

I also picked up these head pieces cuz ya know that ya girl needs some bling in her life! 😉

THIS piece right here! It’s actually kinda heavy which is surprising but let’s take a look inside shall we? NEXT!

This is what the inside of that Alpha Girl palette looks like. You got your shadows, your brow powders and an applicator. That’s a lot for $1! 😀 There is also a mirror.

These are the lippies that I picked. I did do swatches but I did them on a video…I think. The first one is super light and has a bit of color but not too much. The next 2 are cuh-raazy matte! Like, I did some swatches and I literally could not get these off my hand. Make sure to wear a chapstick of some sort underneath these cuz, dang! The 4th one is a nude lipppe (ya girl loves some nude lippies!) by Amuse. Smooth and beautiful shade. Make sure to accompany that with a brown lip liner if you are on the deeper side of the skin tone area. The avocado lippie is just a simple lip gloss that can be paired with lipstick or you can wear alone. Lastly is a dark lippie from L.A. Colors (obv). Just a deep dark color that is a little bit sheer. (Scroll down for swatches and names. The matte lippies don’t have a name on them).

These 3 pieces are cute lil’ doodads that saw and liked. The pink crown is a dust plug for a cell phone or tablet and the 2 other pieces are faux ear plugs.

I thought that these eyeshadow palettes were too cute! I love the little bow tie one. ^_^

These are very pigmented and smooth eyeshadows. I’m especially love that orangy side on the bow tie palette. That one comes with an applicator as well.

Next are these sunglasses! Ya girl needs some shade for her face cuz that sun be ALL up in it! They have a lot of different ones to pick from too. >_<

These are obvious. They are hair elastics or ponytail holders, whatever you want to call them. That’s a lot for $1.

I really like the kleancolor brushes, especially this one. Perfect for applying a winged gel eye liner.

I did buy some eye liners and pencils but I don’t have a picture of them (go figure) but I do however, have some swatches. The very top is a dark brown by Princessa, the 2nd one is golden bronze also by Princessa. The 3rd one down is an eyeliner in the color gray. I’m not sure who that one is from, didn’t say on the stick. The 4th one down is olive green. Next is pink. The pink one is a bit clumpy which makes me wonder if it’s old or that’s just the way it’s made. I think that I might add a few drops of Visine and maybe that might help make the liner a bit more smoother. After the pink one we have a blue color and the very last one is a creamy kajal eyeliner in a charcoal color. The gray, olive green and blue liners dry super fast.

Okay y’all, I did do a swatch of all the lippies…haha, I was playing. >_< The 1st one is by L.A. Colors and that is called “Matte Fudge”. Again beautiful deep, dark color. Next swatch is by Amuse and that is called “Latte”. Gorgeous, creamy nude lipstick. The 3rd swatch down is by Starry and is the avocado oil lippie. It’s a bit sheer because it’s a moisturizing lip gloss. The 4th one down is the Kleancolor lipstick. That’s the one that I mentioned before that has a little bit of color but is sheer at the same time. The last 2 are by Santee and it’s a long lasting matte liquid lipstick. Seriously, this stuff will last and last and last. Make sure that you pull out your moisturizing chapstick before applying these 2. Trust me!

If you made is this far, you made it to the end. Oh, I know, it’s a sad thing but I promise to come back next week to bring you some more interesting stuffs. That is if you are interested in reading it. Also, make sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel for weekly videos! BH Cosmetics Contouring Palettes (and something extra!)

Hello and Salaams once again! I have already talked about the lovely eyeshadow palettes in my previous post but now I want to share with you guys the BH Cosmetics contouring palettes…both 1 and 2.

They were having a deal that if you buy x amount of product you can use a code to get a mystery item. That mystery item was the small neutral eyes to go palette in the featured picture.

These pans inside the contour palettes are freakin’ HUGE! I didn’t think that it was that big until I go it, so that was a nice surprise. ^_^

As usual, let’s get into the pictures and break everything down.

This is the featured picture (duh!) and these palettes are bigger than you think. The mystery item (smaller palette) is perfect for a simple, nude eye look and it is small enough to fit into your purse. As I’ve said before, BH Cosmetic products are of wonderful quality at a wonderful price. You can get them here: Contour & Blush Palette. These were originally $19 but they were on sale for $12.50 each. You can get them for $12 each.

This is the first palette.

This is one is my favorite one. The colors are super pigmented and soft to the touch. If you do use these, go light. A little bit goes a long way!

Starting from the top left we have the white color. This is more of a translucent powder and is meant to set the makeup. The second color is more of a camel color, third is a blush, very pigmented pinky color. Fourth is another light, tan color. Fifth is the deeper of the browns, perfect for people with my skin tone and perfect for contouring. Last is another blush. Again, very pigmented and beautiful. This one is lighter than the first blush. And when I said that these are super pigmented, I ain’t lying! I had a hard time wiping these off my hand to swatch the other palette, so use with caution!

This one is amazing too!

I feel that this palette is made for people with light skin tones. The colors aren’t as dark as the previous one but still very much pigmented. You can rock either or no matter what skin tone you have.

Starting from the top left again, we have the lighter of the six which is the white one. And then we have a softer tan, beige, soft golden color, dark brown and almost a peachy color. The dark brown you can barely see on me since it matches me so well.

This is the small mystery gift that I got from BH Cosmetics. It’s a cute little palette that fits in the palm of your hand. All colors have a shimmer to it. I couldn’t find this particular palette but you can browse what they have. BH Cosmetics Eyeshadow Palettes

This will make for a perfect nude/natural look for any occasion.

From the top left we have all of the six colors. Beautiful as always and so so much color! This will make a gorgeous neutral nude eye. Oh my, yes!

Well y’all, that’s all I got for now. If you are in the market for a contouring kit that isn’t gonna cost you an arm and a leg, consider looking at BH Cosmetics to fit your needs. Everything comes nicely packaged via USPS and you’ll get your items in as little to 5-8 business day (or depending on which shipping you pick).

I have more that is on the way so stay tuned for those. Also I have a “Miss A” haul and a “Boxy Charm” box that are waiting to be unwrapped!

BH Cosmetics Palettes And Brushes

Hello and Salaams, guys! For today I have such pretty and interesting things to share with you and they are all colorful, soft and fluffy! ^_^

Recently I bought a few palettes from BH Cosmetics that was completely on a whim. I hadn’t planned on getting anything from them but tax returns said that I needed a few treats for myself. 🙂

In the featured picture you can see 3 palettes, one polka dot brush set, eye essential brush set and a lippie. I have been buying from BH Cosmetics for a few years now and I have loved everything that I have received so far. The quality of the product is amazing, the eyeshadows are super pigmented even on my deep complexion and the wear lasts all day as long as you use a primer. This is the first time however that I bought a lipstick from them.

But let’s get on to the pictures and I’ll give the deats down below under the pictures. 😉

Can we PLEASE give these brushes a hand clap and 2 snaps? These polka dot brushes are soo amazingly soft! And a “YAAASSSS, honey!” to that deluxe fan brush!

All of the brushes in this set come individually wrapped in this polka dot case. You get 11 brushes for $19! 11 Piece Pink-A-Dot Brush Set

You can get your look using these brushes too. Goes perfect with any eyeshadow to make whatever look you want. The brushes are super soft and durable. Very easy to clean too.

This is the box that these brushes come in. Get yourself a box for $10! Eye Essential 7 Piece Brush Set

This is what the matte lipstick comes in. Cute little package. ^_^

This is just a simple swatch on my hand. I love how creamy this matte lippie is. Wonderful product and color!

This is how much product you get this lipstick. I plan on getting a few more colors at some point and sharing them with you all. I really wanna get my hands on those Missy Lynn Lipsticks but they’re out for now. :/ Anyways, you can add to your lipstick collection here for $5.50 a pop! Color Lock Long Lasting Matte Lipstick

Here is a real treat for your lips! 28 different colors for whatever you feel that you need them for. There is something for every shade and skin tone here so you won’t feel left out. The colors are very pigmented (as usual :D) and have a shiny finish. Obviously I didn’t have the chance to try any of these out yet but I’m pretty excited to mix and match to make my own customized look.

And here is what this box looks like. You can get this for $12 on their site. Ultimate Lips 28 Color Lipstick Palette

I really like this one. It has all matte colors with a touch of bold. That green color in the lower left hand corner is bomb! Super matte, super pigmented and long lasted wear throughout the day for an affordable price! Can’t beat that!

Here is what it looks like inside the box. You can get that here for $12: Modern Mattes 28 Color Eyeshadow Palette

Here is what the palette looks like without the box that it came in. As you can see, these eyeshadows have a bit of shimmer to it save 1 or 2. The black part that the eyeshadows sit in is made of plastic. It feels kind of cheap but as long as the product stays put, I’m good. 😀

28 different colors for so many different occasions! This is what the palette comes in. I love how these colors are mostly nude, perfect for everyday use. When I bought this there was a special going on on their site (something like 2 palettes for $14.95) so the prices may differ but you can get this single palette for $12. Essential Eyes 28 Color Eyeshadow PaletteAmazing palette!

That’s all that I have for now! I did manage to pick a the contour palettes from them as well but I’ll save that for another post. Keep an eye out for my video (my YouTube channel) featuring these palettes! ^_^

Thanks for reading! And remember, if you want to stay up to date with me, be sure to follow me on Twitter and Instagram (cynnbadd27)! 😉

NYX Purdy Lips! ^_^

Hello and Salaams, folks! Today I have a super short, super nude post to share…not THAT kind of nude! What the heck are y’all thinking?! >_<

Anyways, as the title says, this post is featuring a few NYX (NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream) items that I bought from *Ebay (more info on that down below) of all places. Now I know that you’re probably like, “Dude, what? NYX items? I get those all the time.” *rolls eyes* Yeah, well, where I live they don’t really have those kinds of items readily available for sale. Not ’round these parts!

The lippies that I got are 5 different shades of nudes, because you can never have to many of ’em, amirite?! 😉

I reckin’ it’s time to get to the pictures, eh?

Here are the 5 gems that I was talking about. I have 2 other ones that are not shown here called “Monte Carlo” and “Copenhagen”. Monte Carlo is a deep red color, one could say like the color of blood and Copenhagen (my fav from those 2) is a beautiful egg plant color.

I’ve been wanting to get these ones for a while now. There are also pink ones too but I’m not too sure how I’d like those (not a fan of pink lip anything).

Going from left to right: there’s “Abu Dhabi”, which I need to visit at some point in my life, “Athens”, another amazing place, “Zurich”, “Cairo” and “London”. All of these places wonderful! ^_^

I took another picture with the flash so that you could see it better (I’m so considerate…lol, j/p). “Abu Dhabi” and “London” are my 2 favorite out the the 5.

All of these colors are beautiful, earthy shades and are seriously matte. Like, if you plan on wearing anything matte, make sure you put on some lip balm or chap-stick. If you don’t like I did before, your lips will feel like you were out in the desert for days. Also make sure to exfoliate your lips first. Any kind of matte lippie is an unforgiving one if you have chapped, ashy Larry-looking lips.

Also if you have a deep skin tone like me you may want to line your lips with a lip liner that is a deeper brown shade when it comes to the lighter nudes. Not all nude lippies look the same with every skin tone. That shade “Cairo” will make someone that’s my tone look like they just ate a powdered doughnut, no joke! >_<

*Remember how I said that I bought these from Ebay? Well, I guess it’s only right to share the link from whence it came, right? I just happened to come across this person and I have bought from her several times since. Every time I place an order, it comes fast (like, order on Saturday and get it Monday fast) and the packages and products are in great and unused condition. The name of the store is called KATZ-IBeauty and the user name is “lolli734” and you can get there by clicking the store name. She has just about everything for sale so filling your cart should be a simple task. All of the lippies were $5.99 each and shipping.

Here are the links to the **NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams so you can see for yourself! 🙂

**Some items might be out of stock.

Hope you enjoyed this short read! This store is totally legit otherwise I wouldn’t have share her with you all. Go on and take a gander! I hope you find what you are looking for!

January Boxy Charm Box! ^_^

Hello and Salaams you people! Yeah, I know…I was supposed to get this out on Saturday, but you know…life happened.

Anyways, sorry to keep whoever reads this dangling on a string. I finally get the chance to share the Boxy Charm items for the month of January and let me say that it’s freakin’ awesome!

Dude, I was hoping that there would be a palette at some point and I’m glad that I got my hopes up cuz for real, I’m lovin’ this month’s box! I seriously have been waiting for a couple weeks to use everything because I wanted to share it all on my la-di-da-blog.  ^_^

If you are interested in seeing what everything is, keep scrolling…and of course, I’ll leave links below so you can check them out yourself.

Obviously, this is the box that the items came in. If you don’t know by now, this is what you get every month from Boxy Charm. It’s a simple looking box but what’s inside is the best part! (duh… :))

As soon as I opened the box I saw a woman staring me down. Beautiful eyes though. 😀 Everything looks soo inviting!

Now, remember when like, 2 seconds ago I was going on about a palette? THIS is what I was talking about! I LOVE any kind of palette. A palette for you face, a palette for your lips, a palette for your eyes, I really don’t care as long as it’s a palette.

Can you see why I was going on about this? Just look at those gorgeous colors! My eyeballs are in heaven! This “Revealed Smoky Palette” from Coastal Scents cashes in at 39.95 (and it seems that they are having a sale!). There are 20 different shades to make so many bomb a$$ looks! Most of these have a shimmer to it except a few. And can we talk about that golden shimmer one (fifth one on the top)? Gurl, yass! I can’t wait to rock that one!

To apply eye shadow you have to have tools to do it with, amirite? So in this months box…(or should I say January since it’s February?)…they gave us this “Royal & Landnickel Brush Set” that will cost you 23.97 is you were to buy it from their site. Inside you get a BX-80 detail brush, a BX-90 crease brush and a BX-95 smudger brush. These are 100% vegan synthetic brushes so they won’t wear as fast as a natural hair brush.

I should note to that these brushes are sold individually on their site and these particular ones are 7.99 each.

Next we have this tube. Awesome Boxy Charm…I always wanted a tube!…

LOL, just kidding. There’s mascara in there somewhere. This treasure from Blinc (with a “c”) makes those lashes POP! I’m super excited to try this one out because it’s not like regular mascara. This one actually makes tubes on your lashes so you can apply as many times as you want to get that dramatic look. This came in the color black and is waterproof. This will also charge your card 26.00 if you are interested in buying it from their site. This one is my second fav, since I’m always in the market for mascara. Like, no joke. ALWAYS.

And lastly we have this eyeliner from Starlooks. This also came in the color black which cool. I’ve gotten one from Ipsy before using my points and I liked it. The felt tip makes it easy to apply the liner, especially if you are new. This lovely stick of drama with cost you 19.00 if you are looking to increase your eye liner collection. I did a swatch on my hand with this and I have to say that this will keep and keep and keep. The swatch on my hand is still there!

Well, that is all that she wrote and by “she” I mean me. I’m really diggin’ these items from January’s box. I can’t wait to get my hands on that Coastal Palette, thoooo! 😉

As per usual, I hope that you enjoyed these mediocre pictures and random jokes or whatever. If you follow Boxy Charm on Instagram or Facebook, they are already giving out *sneak peaks* for this month. I can’t wait to see to complete box! I hope that you guys return for that post. That’ll be fun, right? ^_^
